We got our room assignments for the trip.  Shaye and I have a room all to ourselves!  We know each other well enough where we won’t get in each others way when we come back at night completely exhausted and just wanting to rest and sleep, and we don’t have to worry about being too messy or anything like that.  I couldn’t be more excited now!

I ordered my Topical Disease Handbook and got it.  Skimming through it was overwhelming.  There are so many diseases that you read about in your first 2 years of medical school that most doctors NEVER see, but I WILL get to see them!  The book is adorable.  It has 2 ribbons in it to use as a bookmark like a Bible and it’s the same size as a Bible.  It will be my bible for the time I’m there.
