For the over the counter supplies, don’t feel like you have to go buy a ton of stuff on the list.  If you just pick up 1 item during your next grocery store visit to donate that would be a tremendous help.  Everyone donating 1 item adds up quickly!  So next time you’re at the grocery store or Wal-mart, run over to the pharmacy and grab 1 item.
